Who We Are

Me 2 You Career Academy is more than just a training institution for medical professionals. We are a community of aspiring individuals passionate about providing quality healthcare services and dedicated educators committed to offering affordable, in-depth training.

Our founder and CEO, Chickoiyah Brown, started her career as a Medical Assistant with Limited Scope Radiology in 2000. It was not until 2006 that she found her true calling: education. She swiftly rose from an instructor to the Program Director at a local proprietary college, but this was only the beginning.

In 2021, Chickoiyah gave birth to the Me 2 You Academy of Phlebotomy, with a vision to offer affordable and debt-free training. The success of this initiative led to the expansion of our offerings, which prompted a change in our name to Me 2 You Career Academy, to better reflect the comprehensive nature of our programs.

Our Offerings

From a 5-week Fast Track program for those seeking to start a career as a Clinical or Hospital Phlebotomist, to the 6-month Medical Assistant training program, we cater to a wide range of career aspirations. We offer both in-person and online courses to ensure accessibility for all learners.

We are not only educators but also facilitators, assisting our alumni in their job search, helping them build their vendor network, and connecting them with employers through our Staffing Services. Our unique Externship Placement and Hiring Program offer employers a chance to assess candidates before making a hiring decision, a feature that has been widely appreciated.

Driving Social Impact

At Me 2 You Career Academy, our mission goes beyond healthcare education. We aim to make a difference in our community by providing a debt-free education. Our model relies on community grants and tailored payment plans that are completed before program completion. This approach helps us contribute to decreasing poverty in our community and ensuring our students can focus on their education, rather than financial stress.
